PowerPoint created for seniors in place of a formal practice it will show the layout of the field the drop off area the lining up and the walking in it will also show how to line up for receiving your diploma and finally it will show how to exit the stadium slide is an overview of the stadium the blue rectangle represents the stage there are six rows of black X's to represent a chair for each senior there are 20 chairs per row at the end of each row there is a white F that will be for a senior sponsor each chair will be played to six feet apart there for each row will run from the 20 yard line to the 20-yard line seniors guess we'll have to sit in groups of 6 guess eating is available in the bleachers and on the track white x's on the track represent the PODS of 6 that will be available for guests seating on the day of graduation all seniors must arrive no later than 8:30 a.m. drop off is by the Junior High cafeteria when's the news arrived they must check in by the cafeteria once you are checked in you will be lined up with your sponsor along the gym wall when I'll seniors have arrived each sponsor will lead the seniors towards the stadium this y demonstrates how the seniors will walk in at the bottom right-hand corner you will see the entrance at the double gate all seniors will walk in through the double gate and walk in a single-file in Lane one they will walk in front of their gas and proceed until they have reached the last chair I've just seen your seating area they will turn right and walk to their row and stand in front of their chairs all things must remain standing until every senior has reached his or her chair this light explains the order of the program after all this here's our Inn Place Kimberly Whitlock will go to the stage and need everyone in the Pledge of Allegiance seniors who have speaking part will go to the stage on the left side and exit on the right side and time to go see following the pledge mr. Bennet will play the national anthem Caleb French will then go to the stage and leave everyone in the invocation following will be out who will give the welcome Heidi Hartmann will then go to the stage and present her salutatory address then Caleb Pressley will go to the stage and give her valid address mr. Salazar will then recognize the top 25% of the graduating class seniors as your name is called please stand turn and face the audio remain standing until all 25% have been recognized mr. Salazar will then recognize the top 10% against seniors as your name is called Stand turn and face the odd and remain standing until all of the top 10% have been recognized the valsalva wars will then be presented by dr. Hoyer mr. Salazar will then certify the graduating class what's a 2020 the presentation of the diplomas is next after all the diplomas have been issued Katie Mueller will go to the stage and give the benediction the recessional will follow the presentation of diplomas once mr. Salazar has certified the class of 2022 seniors in the first row will stand Kayla Presley will the seniors to the stage the seniors will move one chair at a time until it is their turn to approach the stage once they're the seniors name will be called and the superintendent diploma they will turn and have your picture taken and then exit the stage on the opposite side the seniors will return to the end of their row and move one chair at a time until they reach their own seat at the end of the first row is coming to an end the seniors in the second row and follow the same process Rows 3 4 5 and 6 will do the same exiting graduation it's important to note that there will be no Gatherings on the field or on the track after the ceremony Begins the recessional song All seniors will stand we will exit one row at a time beginning with row won the seniors walk single-file on Lane 1 until they reach the exit gate there they can meet up with their family and their guests outside of the stadium
